 SQL from the Trenches

Presented by
Robert Arce of PrismaTech, Inc.

SQL is becoming the common denominator between developers from different platforms. If you know SQL you can access the information from most of the different databases that exist today. Of course, with Java running in different platforms it is very important to be capable of dealing with other databases besides DB2 for the iSeries.

In this presentation we will go over several scenarios and how SQL will help you survive the battle and win the war.

At the end of the presentation you will have "The Survival Guide" as a reference to SQL, and a better understanding of when, and how, to implement your solution using SQL.
