Management By Strengths

Presented by
John Gann

Management By Strengths identifies the basic temperament that each of us use as we go about our normal life. These temperaments are woven into the very fiber of our being and effect our relationships with others. Ever had a co-worker that was just plain rude, or one that you thought would never stop talking? Difficult to work with those people? Or maybe it's the person in accounting that follows the rules to the letter, or that lazy boss that triggers the angry moment.

By first understanding our temperament and then understanding the other three temperaments, we can learn how to work more effectively while reducing stress.  Bottom line: work smarter, work easier, work with less conflict and stress.
